Evans & Partridge sponsors T'n’A for the first time

Stockbridge estate agent Jamie Armstrong is delighted that the High Street will once again be closed to traffic for Trout ‘n’ About 2026.

The road closure was introduced for the first time in 2024 after officials recognised that T’n’A had grown into such a popular event – attracting around 150 stalls and 10,000 visitors – that safety was now a concern.

“Trout ‘n’ About has become such a huge celebration of everything that is good about Stockbridge,” said Jamie, Managing Director of Evans & Partridge on the High Street.

“People really enjoy the event and throw themselves into it, so we’re very pleased the road will be closed again. It creates a much safer and more enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.”

Evans & Partridge is a proud Rainbow Sponsor of T’n’A 2026.

The residential sales agency - which covers an area stretching from Winchester to Salisbury and extending north of Andover into the Bourne Valley and south to Romsey - has been part of Stockbridge High Street for more than a quarter of a century.

Jamie added: “I’m in my 27th year here at Evans & Partridge and I’ve always found Stockbridge to be a vibrant community and a fantastic place to do business.

“I wouldn’t rather be anywhere else!

“We’re very happy to support Trout ‘n’ About because it’s another thing that makes this town so special. It’s an important part of the summer calendar and brings people together in a wonderful way.”

The Evans & Partridge office is based at Agriculture House, opposite The Grosvenor on Stockbridge High Street.

The A30 will be closed from 8am to 5pm for Trout ‘n’ About 2026 on Sunday, August 2.

Temporary parking will be available on both sides of the town for the day.  Car par details are here.
