A thriving local food and craft festival in the market town of Stockbridge.

About

On the first Sunday of August every year, the high street is alive with local traders showcasing the very best of local food, produce and crafts, it is a family friendly event attracting hundreds of visitors from all around.

We are a not-for-profit event, run by volunteers and supported by local businesses and organisations. Alongside a wide range of supporters throughout the year and on the day, our core team for 2024 includes:

Our objectives as an event are to:

  • to raise money to support the local community

  • to raise the profile of Stockbridge and celebrate its market history

  • to promote regional quality food, produce, local crafts and provide a platform for local businesses

  • to provide an enjoyable event for the wider community and visitors

 

Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers for Trout ‘n About! We have lots of important roles on the day which range from selling raffle tickets, helping on information points to assisting visitors to park. You can get involved from as little as sparing a couple of hours on the day, to getting stuck in with the organising and planning team. If you are interested please get in touch.
